Good to know

Your questions, answered simply.

Can Ìpamọ́ see what I stored?

No. Your documents and information are locked on your device before they ever reach us, so what we store is scrambled and unreadable without your key. We cannot open your vault, read your files, or see your passwords. To make the app work, we do keep a few basic things like your email and who is in your family, but never the contents of what you keep in your vault.

What happens if I forget my password?

Because Ìpamọ́ is built so that no one else can read your documents, not even us, we cannot reset your password for you. This is what keeps your information truly private. Instead, you set up recovery guardians, people you trust who can help you back into your account if you ever forget your password.

How does sharing work?

When you share something with a family member, it is unlocked only for them, using their own key. They can open it on their device, and no one else can. You can revoke access at any time.

What will it cost?

There is a free plan with room to get started, and an affordable Plus plan for families who need more space. You can use Ìpamọ́ without paying, and upgrade only if you want more.
